The RoleWe are seeking casual Food & Beverage Attendants to work at the Hepburn Pavilion Cafe.
Our Food & BeverageAttendants needs to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our Cafe Attendants is to deliver first class service to our patrons ensuring the kiosk operates effectively and efficiently within Heath Department Regulations.
Always aligning yourself with our Mission, Vision and Values.Key areas of responsibility include:Meet the requirements of the centre's food safety planEnsure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standardsProvide excellent customer service to all customersMaintaining the appearance and presentation of the caféReplenished condiments as neededFollow health and safety guidelinesCashier experience, taking orders and handling cashApply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsPromote the centres services and programs to our patronsDevelop and maintain good working relations with patronsProvide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food optionsAbility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Hours may increase during the centre's peak periodsSkills & Attributes:Positive, friendly,
