What You'll Be Doing:Planning and preparing nutritious, balanced meals and snacks (morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea) in line with dietary requirements and food safety standardsManaging the kitchen, including ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulationsWorking closely with the team to cater for children's individual allergies and dietary needsMaintaining accurate records in line with food safety requirementsBringing creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for childhood nutrition to everything you doWe're Looking for Someone Who:Has experience in a similar cook or kitchen role — experience in an early childhood or school setting is highly regardedGenuinely loves cooking and understands the importance of healthy nutrition for young childrenIs reliable, efficient, organised, and capable of managing a kitchen budgetHolds a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or is willing to obtain one)Holds a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or is willing to obtain oneChild protection qualification is a requirement for this roleIs a warm,
