Our aim is to make starting workeasy and enjoyableReporting directly to the Call Centre Manager this position will have the responsibilities for the following:Provide a professional level of service in-line with company policies and proceduresDeliver a level of service that exceeds our customers expectationsEnsure smart working practices are followed to contribute to ensuring and maintaining a smooth running of the daily operations of the companyPromote and portray a positive image for the CompanyIdentify, seek and follow up lead opportunitiesTo be helpful, polite knowledgeable and resourcefulProvide and maintain a protected workplace in accordance with OHS policies and proceduresTo be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:Demonstrates well-developed personal communication skillsHas high level of customer service skillsPossess a sound knowledge of web base advertising and use of social mediaHas the ability to listen and communicate wellDemonstrates an ability to remain calm under pressureHas a good, sound working knowledge of the local town/city, streets, areas and activitiesHas good keyboard skills and computer knowledgeBe proficient in MS OfficeThis is your opportunity to make your mark on the continued success of Des's Group!
