What You'll Do
As a Zambrero Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a fast, fresh and enjoyable experience for every customer. You'll work as part of a supportive team to deliver delicious food, exceptional service and a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly, welcoming and exceptional customer service
Preparing fresh food accurately and efficiently in line with Zambrero's recipes and quality standards
Preparing ingredients and recipes ahead of meal periods while anticipating customer demand
Following all food handling, safety, hygiene and sanitisation procedures
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area and production spaces
Working collaboratively with your team to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly during busy periods
Taking initiative and assisting with any other tasks needed to create an outstanding customer experience
