Currently we are looking for a casual position representing the front of house reception teamABOUT THE ROLE:Portage of guest luggage to and from suites.Assist reservation enquiries with rates, availability, packages and facilities andservices we have to offer.Checks guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner.Greets all guests that come into contact with Guest Relations ensuring that theguest name is used at all times.Handles guest enquiries and provides information on local attractions and givesdirections as required.Answers all telephone calls within three rings in a qualified friendly manner.Informs guests of all facilities and services available in the Property.Sets up guest accounts accurately.Reconciles cashier floats at the completion of each shift maintaining anaccurate float.Documents all transactions and alterations to accounts & reservations.Communicate with Team Members on the following shift in order to ensurecontinuity of service.Communicate guest requests & issues to appropriate departments promptlyand efficiently.Ensures special requests are actioned appropriately and timely.Maintains the cleanliness and the presentation of the front desk at all times.Collects payment of accounts and issues receipts accordingly.Maintains dress and grooming standards at all timesPoolside service of drinks,
