We are looking for Team Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director, in a key support role focused on Commercial Sales and Leasing. Your role will include:
· Managing the Directors diary and appointments
· Co-ordinating meetings with clients
· Email and Inbox management
· Preparing documents and reports
· Data entry and CRM Management
· General administrative duties

You will thrive in this role if you:
· Have prior administration experience in real estate, legal or other professional services
· Have strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
· Very organised and outstanding attention to detail
