About the Role
Canterbury Hospital is committed to delivering high-quality, patient- and family-centred healthcare to the local community. Since opening in ****, the hospital has continued to evolve to meet the changing needs of the community through innovative models of care.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Ideal Candidate
Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
Demonstrated commitment to person centred care and NSW Health Core Values.
