Lush is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for ANZ (Australia and Current Zealand) from our Villawood location. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in payroll, compliance, and people management within a retail/manufacturing environment.
You will oversee multi-entity payroll, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Finance to uphold accurate, timely payroll and robust reporting. Hybrid work arrangement available.
