Highly Skilled Forklift Operator
to join our afternoon team in Lara for the
4:00pm to 12:30pm shift

What You'll Be Doing
High-Precision Handling:
Operating various forklifts to move, stack, load vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
Rapid Load/Unload:
Executing truck loading and unloading cycles efficiently to reduce downtime for our transport fleet.
Inventory Integrity:
Maintaining flawless records and ensuring stock is checked off and stored correctly the first time.
Workflow Optimization:
Working with the warehouse team to eliminate bottlenecks and keep the floor moving at maximum capacity.
What We Are Looking For
Proven High-Output Experience:
You have a track record of working in demanding, quick-moving logistics environments.
Exceptional Skill Level:
You are an expert operator who can navigate tight spaces and high-pressure situations with ease.
A "Results" Mindset:
We have no room for complacency. We need someone who is self-motivated, shows initiative, and works with a sense of urgency.
Professionalism:
A valid forklift license and counterbalance forklift experience is a must, backed by a "safety-first" attitude that doesn't slow down productivity.
