Kool Beanz Casuarina is seeking a Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to guide and support a dedicated team within a nurturing early learning setting. The role focuses on implementing developmentally appropriate programs, fostering child-led discovery, and building strong connections with families and local schools.
You will model best practice in early childhood education, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment with EYLF and NQS, while working a Monday–Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm schedule.
