Your recent role
Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale education project in Tamworth.
Key responsibilities will include:
Drafting and managing subcontractor scopes of works
Assisting with contract administration and contractual documentation
Conducting QA inspections and maintaining quality records
Supporting site safety inspections and compliance requirements
Coordinating project documentation and reporting
Monitoring project compliance across various work packages




Assisting with progress tracking and project programmes
Managing invoice processing and project administration
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline
Previous experience as a Cadet, Site Engineer, or Contract Administrator
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage project documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
Experience using Microsoft Project, Procore and/or Jobpac will be highly regarded
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced construction professionals
