We're now recruiting an engaging Night Porter/ Guest Service Agent to join our fast paced and dynamic front office team.
The role:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and for the duration of our guest's stay.
Ensure accuracy of guest accounts on departure
Monitoring of the hotel front office inbox after hours
Maintain a high level of professionalism, maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties as required.




Handle overflow incoming reservations enquiries in a timely manner, taking particular care to overnight operations
About you:
Exceptional customer service experience, preferably experienceworking within a hotel front office
Competent computer user (experience with Opera Cloud PMS ideal).
Availability to work overnight on a 7 day roster , including weekends and public holidays
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
