We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join a major refinery operation in the Gladstone region.
These positions offer a lifestyle roster, working 12-hour day and night shifts, with ongoing opportunities for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
General housekeeping duties, including hosing, shovelling, and plant clean-up
Rubbish and waste removal across operational areas
Assisting with basic sampling activities
Providing general labouring support to operational and maintenance teams
Maintaining safe and clean work areas in accordance with site standards
Following site procedures and safety requirements at all times
What you'll need to succeed
Previous labouring experience in heavy industry, mining, refinery, or shutdown environments highly regarded
Current Manual Driver's Licence




Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual tasks
Comfortable working in a refinery environment on rotating day and night shifts
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within established crews
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
