experienced Team Leader Gardener to run a mobile crew across
Eastern and Western Sydney
delivering high-quality grounds maintenance across commercial and open space contracts.

The Role
You will:
Lead and supervise a small mobile crew
Plan daily works and allocate tasks
Operate zero-turn and out-front mowers
Conduct pruning, hedging, mulching & plantining
Undertake weed spraying & pest control
Maintain equipment and ensure safe work practices
Deliver consistent, high-quality presentation across sites
This is a hands-on leadership role, you'll lead from the front.
What You'll Bring




Previous team leading or supervisory experience preferred
Current Driver's Licence (essential)
White Card
Strong safety focus
