We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a $50m High-end Residential Apartment in the Eastern Suburbs
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-supported project environment, working closely alongside an experienced Contracts Manager and Project Manager while having the autonomy to help drive the commercial function across the project.

The Role
As Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of the project from procurement through to final accounts.
You will work closely with site and project teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes, effective subcontractor management and smooth project delivery.




This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong stakeholder relationships and being actively involved in project decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end contract administration across the project lifecycle
Subcontractor procurement, package administration and cost management
Prepare, negotiate and administer subcontract agreements
Manage variations, progress claims and forecasting
Monitor project budgets, cost reporting and financial performance
Work closely with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager to drive commercial outcomes
Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate commercial risk
Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
Support project delivery teams with commercial and contractual advice
About You
5 + years experience as a Contract Administrator within Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction
Experience delivering large-scale projects ideally $50m+
Residential experience highly regarded, ideally apartments or social housing projects
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of construction contracts
Ability to manage multiple packages and competing priorities
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Proactive, organised and solutions focused
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or similar
