Designa Australia is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service and support parking solutions across Canberra and regional areas. You will perform fault diagnosis, configure devices, and train client staff to ensure smooth operation of our DESIGNA parking equipment.
You will work with a dedicated field service team, using in office visits and remote support to resolve issues, while logging each job in the Simpro system and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
