THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:
Servicing, maintenance and breakdown repairs on underground drill rigs
Diagnosing and rectifying hydraulic, mechanical and electrical faults
Completing preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections
Supporting equipment reliability and fleet availability
Performing major component change-outs and repairs
Maintaining accurate maintenance records in Pronto
Providing field breakdown support across multiple operations
Working closely with Drilling and Maintenance teams to minimise downtime
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Australian recognised Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant or equivalent trade qualification
Previous underground mining experience
Proven experience maintaining Sandvik and Epiroc underground drilling equipment
Experience working on longhole, development, diamond drilling and/or raiseboring equipment
Robust hydraulic, mechanical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
Ability to work autonomously and manage breakdowns in the field
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality workmanship
Highly Regarded Experience with Pronto or similar CMMS systems
Experience working across multiple underground operations




Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Candidates must meet our pre-employment criteria's which includes medical and drug and alcohol screening, relevant right to work checks and be able to provide a valid Australian national police clearance and an Australian driver's licence (or be able to obtain).
