About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled registered nurse to join our agile healthcare team. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Support and educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a general medical or acute care setting.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.




Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Ability to work all shifts, including AM, PM, nights and weekends
