About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, capable and motivated person to join our small team in Helensvale.

You don't need vehicle transport experience - we can teach you that. What matters more to us is your work ethic, attitude, common sense, ability to learn and willingness to take ownership.
You'll be helping customers with transport quotes and bookings, answering inbound calls and emails, coordinating jobs and solving day-to-day problems.
As you learn the business, you'll be given more responsibility and independence. We're looking for someone who wants to become a trusted, long-term member of our team, rather than simply looking for their next job.
What You'll Be Doing
• Answering inbound customer calls and emails
• Providing vehicle transport quotes and assisting with bookings
• Following up enquiries and helping convert them into bookings
• Coordinating jobs with customers, carriers and depots
• Monitoring bookings and following up when required
• Managing customer expectations around timing, delays and changes
• Resolving customer and operational issues professionally
• Maintaining accurate booking information
• Taking ownership of tasks and following them through to completion

Important to Know
This is a full-time, office-based position in Helensvale, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
It is not a hybrid or work-from-home role.
