About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for recent or upcoming graduates to join a 12-month Action-Packed Graduate Program designed to kickstart your career as a Speech Pathologist in the NDIS space. From day one, you'll be supported by a structured development program, dedicated mentors, and a passionate multidisciplinary team. The role offers a balance of clinical exposure, supervision, and autonomy to help you build confidence and competence as a professional.
You will
Work with a diverse caseload of NDIS participants (0–65 yrs)
Deliver speech pathology services in community and clinic settings
Receive ongoing supervision, mentoring, and access to professional development
Learn the ins and outs of the NDIS, including documentation and reporting
Collaborate with a team of allied health professionals to deliver holistic care
