Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years' experience in IT roles, with at least 2 years in an MSP or similar client-facing environment




Proven experience managing client relationships in a TAM, senior engineer, or service delivery role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Entra ID (Azure AD), including security and identity fundamentals
Solid understanding of business IT environments, including networking, endpoints, and cloud services
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to own and drive issues to resolution
Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities independently
Bonus
Experience with cyber security platforms (e.g. Sophos, Microsoft Defender, MDR services)
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and business internet (NBN) environments
Experience with service management platforms (e.g. ConnectWise, Autotask, Halo)
Microsoft certifications
Familiarity with ITIL principles
