The Opportunity
As our Pre-Delivery & Accessory Fitter, you'll play a vital role in preparing new trucks before they're handed over to customers.
Every vehicle is unique.
One day you may be fitting bull bars, driving lights and towbars. Then next you could be installing Turn Tables, custom accessories, electrical components or preparing a premium fleet vehicle for delivery.
Your workmanship is one of the final quality checks before our customers receive their new investment.
This is a hands-on position that combines mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and genuine pride in producing exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:
Preparing new trucks to dealership presentation standards
Installing genuine and aftermarket accessories
Fitting bull bars, driving lights, towbars,



turn tables and other accessories
Reading and interpreting fitting instructions and technical documentation
Diagnosing and resolving minor installation issues
Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer specifications
Washing, detailing and presenting vehicles ready for customer delivery
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Working closely with our Sales, Service and Parts departments
Consistently delivering workmanship that reflects JT Fossey's reputation for quality.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Takes genuine pride in their workmanship
Has excellent attention to detail
Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Can work independently while contributing to a team
Is organised, reliable and self-motivated
Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence
Has experience fitting automotive accessories (preferred but not essential)
Possesses positive mechanical aptitude
Is committed to producing quality work every day.
