Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
Execute and deliver tailored fixed income solutions with a strong focus on rates
Achieve financial and customer-related targets while strengthening client relationships
Engage with senior stakeholders to identify and pursue strategic opportunities
Lead pricing decisions, workflow prioritisation, and contribute to NAB's market positioning
Support and mentor junior colleagues while fostering a team-oriented culture
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:




Significant of experience in financial markets with proven expertise in rates solutions
Strong knowledge of global and competitor trends, regulatory environments, and market dynamics
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and client engagement skills
Ability to deliver under pressure with strong organisational and workflow management capability
Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or business, plus industry accreditation (AFMA, NFA, etc.)
