About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team at our Petersham showroom. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Responsibilities
Managing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Directing enquiries to the appropriate department or team member
Administrative Tasks
Assisting with general office administration tasks




Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting daily office operations to ensure efficiency
Working closely with colleagues across departments
Contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment
Managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines
Requirements
Transparent and professional verbal and written communication
Confidence interacting with customers and team members
Computer Literacy
Competency in standard office software and email systems
Comfort working with digital tools and databases
Attention to Detail
Strong organisational skills
Accuracy in completing administrative tasks
Willingness to Learn
A positive attitude and eagerness to undertake training
Openness to feedback and professional development
