As a
Regional Health & Safety Manager
, you will oversee a team of field‐based consultants across Victoria. This role is based in Sydney and requires a hands‐on leader who can elevate service delivery, coach high‐performing teams, and support clients with complex technical matters.
What you'll be doing:
Provide operational leadership through quality assurance, structured training, and one‐on‐one coaching.
Manage reporting requirements, analyse performance data, and contribute to strategic decision‐making.
Build and maintain a high‐performance team culture grounded in accountability and collaboration.
Act as an escalation point for clients requiring advanced technical support.
What we're looking for:
Experience
: 5+ years in Health & Safety Leadership role.Consulting and exposure to high-risk environments are a big plus.
Qualifications:
Advanced Diploma or higher
Strategic thinking:
You have the ability to interpret trends, metrics, and performance data.
Strong communication skills
: You can explain complex safety requirements in a way that's clear, practical and confident.
Mobility
:



The ability to travel interstate & hold a current driver's license is essential
Strong analytical and problem‐solving capability with high attention to detail.
