About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Part-Time Payroll Officer and play a crucial role in managing their payroll processes with precision.
This is an exciting prospect to bring your payroll knowledge into a standalone role, supporting a vibrant company with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing acrosscirca 200 employees;
Processing terminations, including calculations and final payments;
Managingmultiple frequency payroll cycles;
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures; and
Supporting and collaborating with the broader payroll team.
About You
Minimum1+ years' experience in astandalonepayrollposition;
Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, including terminations;
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills;
Exposure to multiple Enterprise Agreements;
Experience withlarge payroll systemsOracle, SAP,Pronto; and
Ability to support payroll reporting for a listed corporation, including compliance with relevant industrial relations standards.
