We currently accepting applications for Truck Drivers with
MR Driver Licence or above
for work with aroad maintenance team basedat Mittagong.
This role will involve working full time hours of work for an initial period until early November, with genuine potential of further work available for positive operators. An attractive hourly pay rate is being offered, including overtime penalty rates and allowances for additional hours of work.
Duties will include driving MR maintenance trucks for the movement of materials and transfer of work teams. You will also be required to undertake manual labouring with the roadworks crews. Work tasks will include assisting with general road pavement repairs, guard rail and safety barrier installation and repairs, installing and maintaining signage, pot hole repairs, clearing roadside vegetation,



cleaning rest areas and general rubbish collection, and traffic control.
Successful Applicants will need;
current WHS White Card - essential
Worker On Foot card -
or willingness to obtain (online link able to be provided for successful applicant)
traffic control tickets - or willingness to obtain
previous experience with road construction or maintenance will be highly regarded
fit for manual work tasks as required
willingness to undertake police record check
Applicantswill need to be fit for physically demanding work, and be a genuine team player with a
willingness to undertake manual labour as well as the truck driving duties.
