We're looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our North Brisbane restaurant and deliver outstanding results across operations, people, and customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of the restaurant's performance, team development, and day-to-day operations.
About the role As Store Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Pizza Hut brand standards
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members
Drive sales growth through robust execution of promotions and local store marketing initiatives
Ensure CHAMPS standards are consistently achieved across customer service, hygiene, and product quality
Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and audit requirements
Manage labour and food costs to meet profitability targets




Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Handle employee relations and operational issues in line with company procedures
Approve and control store expenditure within set guidelines
About you
You will bring:
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales and cost data
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
A high level of accountability, initiative, and drive
