Office & Client Services Manager — First Choice Electrical & Maintenance
Erina, Central Coast NSW
Full-time, permanent
$75,000 – $80,000 + super (based on experience)
7:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (flexible hours negotiable)
About us
We are a desired, higher-level electrical contracting company on the Central Coast, winning some major awards over the last decade, including Master Electricians Company of the Year and Residential Project of the Year.
We are a great mix of ages with a fun but professional working environment.
We are ASP Level 2 accredited, solar and battery specialists, architectural project experts, and hold a strong service and maintenance portfolio. We put our customers and quality first, and offer a premium level of service at all times. We use contemporary technology and are a very systems-based company.
The role
You'll be the calm, capable centre of our office. You own the day-to-day operations that keep the business flowing: client calls, quotes, invoicing, accounts, marketing support, scheduling, and everything in between.
This isn't a "sit at reception and answer the phone" role. It's a genuine ownership position. You'll manage your own diary, drive tasks through to completion without needing to be chased, and be the confident voice on the phone that turns enquiries into booked jobs.
What you'll own
Client calls and enquiries
— first point of contact, answering with confidence, quoting on the spot from our pricing guide, converting leads into booked jobs
Quote follow-ups
— daily discipline, no quotes left drifting, timestamped and tracked in our software
Accounts receivable
— chasing overdue invoices, taking payments over the phone, keeping AR clean
Invoicing
— same-day invoicing on completed jobs with support from our Operations Manager
Xero
— reconciliations, bill entry, receipt management, and weekly payroll prep
Purchase orders and supplier management
— raising, receipting, chasing outstanding
Marketing execution
— assisting with marketing activities and campaigns
Scheduling support
— confirming bookings with clients, coordinating with the field team
Team admin
— timesheets, leave forms, apprenticeship paperwork, compliance documentation
Vehicle fleet admin
— servicing, stock levels, coordinating with the field team
How we work
We're direct, straightforward, and focused on getting things done properly. You'll fit in well if you:
Own your tasks end-to-end.
Nothing sits on your list waiting for someone to remind you.
Handle pressure calmly.
Multiple things on the go, phone ringing, tradies asking questions, and you keep your head
Stick to your default diary.
We work off structured weekly schedules with clear time blocks. You need to be someone who can hold a routine, not fight it
Bring solutions, not just problems.
When something's not working, you come with ideas
Handle debtor calls with confidence.
No apologising for asking to be paid. Firm, professional, courteous
Are drama-free.
The office is a professional environment. Warm, friendly, but focused : )
