About the Role
As Executive Assistant to the Rural Sales Team, you will provide end-to-end support to a team of three high-performing agents, ensuring every listing, campaign and transaction runs seamlessly.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing comprehensive executive-level administrative support to the Residential Sales Team
Managing and maintaining listings, contacts and workflows within REX CRM
Liaising professionally with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and industry partners
Staying one step ahead by anticipating customer and team needs and proactively addressing issues before they arise
Preparing documentation and correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
Ensuring compliance and meticulous control of all listing and sales documentation
Assisting with canvassing materials, proposals and sales presentations
Maintaining a strong working knowledge of all current office listings




Supporting the sales team to maximise performance and results
Assisting with general office duties as required in a collaborative team environment
About You
You are proactive, detail-driven and calm under pressure. You take pride in presentation, communication and getting things right the first time.
Ideally, you'll bring:
A qualification in Real Estate - Assistant Agent or above
Solid administration or executive assistant experience (real estate experience highly regarded but not essential)
Confidence using CRM systems and online technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisation and time-management abilities
A professional, polished and business-appropriate presentation
A strong work ethic, discretion and a high level of integrity
A genuine interest in real estate and supporting a high-performing team
