About the Role

As an integral member of our veterinary team, you'll be involved in all aspects of nursing and patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting veterinarians during consultations, diagnostics, treatments,



and proceduresPreparing patients for surgery and assisting in theatreMonitoring anaesthesia and supporting patient recoveryAdministering medications and treatmentsCollecting blood samples and performing diagnostic testingProviding nursing care for hospitalised patientsMaintaining accurate patient recordsEducating clients on preventative healthcare, treatments, and post-operative careSupporting the day-to-day operation of the clinicMaintaining exceptional cleanliness and infection control standardsDelivering outstanding client service and patient careThis is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalentHas 2+ years of clinical veterinary nursing experienceIs knowledgeable and confident across veterinary nursing proceduresDemonstrates strong surgical nursing and anaesthetic monitoring skillsHas excellent animal handling abilitiesIs highly organised with strong attention to detailCan confidently prioritise and manage a varied workloadIs reliable, accountable, and a genuine team playerHas excellent communication and customer service skillsEnjoys building relationships with clients and colleaguesIs passionate about continuous learning and professional developmentMost importantly, you're someone who genuinely loves veterinary nursing and wants to be part of a clinic that values both clinical excellence and team culture.
