Depot Manager
to lead our Adelaide Less Than Truckload (LTL) operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of depot operations, warehouse activities, customer service, administration, and safety compliance. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, supporting your team, and ensuring outstanding service delivery for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop depot staff to achieve operational and service excellence.
Manage daily freight and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable outcomes.
Coordinate freight movements and customer requirements to meet delivery and service expectations.
Ensure compliance with all WHS, transport, and regulatory requirements.
Manage labour resources, rostering, leave planning, and productivity performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Resolve operational and customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee depot administration, inventory control, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.




Drive a positive safety culture and promote continuous improvement across the operation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven leadership experience within the transport, freight, logistics, or supply chain industry.
Strong people management skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
Sound knowledge of transport operations, WHS requirements, and compliance standards.
The ability to work autonomously, make decisions confidently, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
