SYC is seeking a skilled psychologist or recent graduate to join our Employment team at Mount Gambier (with Adelaide metro as an alternative).
You will provide counselling and case management to participants facing non-vocational barriers, supporting progress toward meaningful employment via in-person or telehealth sessions.
You'll work with Employment Coaches and stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and deliver recovery‐oriented, trauma‐informed, person‐centred interventions.
