Your recent company An opportunity has become available for an experienced Practice Operations Manager to join a professional services organisation in Sydney.
This position offers a broad operational remit, supporting leadership with the day-to-day management of business operations, administration, client service processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your new role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the business.
You will oversee administrative functions, support operational projects, maintain high service standards and contribute to business efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily business operations and administration
Supporting leadership with operational and strategic initiatives
Managing client administration and workflow coordination
Maintaining systems, records and business documentation
Supporting billing, reporting and operational processes
Coordinating internal stakeholders and external service providers




Reviewing and improving business procedures and workflows
Assisting with onboarding and team support activities
Providing general operational support across the business
What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced operations, office management or practice support professional with a strong background in professional services environments.
You bring:
Knowledge of FYI, XPM, ASIC and/or Now Infinity
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and process orientation
Experience improving systems and operational efficiency
