Bankstown Hospital is looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Medical Unit team. In this role, you will critically assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with a skilled multidisciplinary team. Your work will focus on delivering evidence based, culturally appropriate care that enhances patient outcomes, while maintaining strong communication and professional standards that support safe, high quality healthcare.
Critically assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using evidence based and culturally appropriate practices

Selection Criteria

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Please elaborate on how your skills and experience aligns with the requirement of this role, particularly in a mixed medical-surgical ward. Please highlight what you will bring to the ward and what you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.
Describe a situation where you had to manage conflicting priorities while consistently maintaining patient centred care. How did you navigate these challenges to ensure the needs of the patient and care givers were met?
