Description Social Worker | Darwin, NT An Aboriginal community-controlled organisation in Maningrida, NT is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Youth Family Coordinator to support young people and families through culturally safe, trauma-informed and strengths-based practice.
This role focuses on youth diversion, therapeutic family support, early intervention and restorative practice , working closely with young people, families, Elders, Child Family services, schools and community stakeholders.
About You: A qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, Human Services or a related field Experience supporting vulnerable young people and families Solid trauma-informed and strengths-based practice Knowledge of youth justice,
