6 month contract Northern suburbs Civil Engineering, GIS and Asset Management Systems - mandatory Our client is looking for an experienced Asset Engineer to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Collect and maintain data for a number of asset registers including roads, drainage, buildings and open space.
Maintenance of asset registers by updating all recent assets including from new subdivisions.
Maintenance of Technology One Asset Management System and other systems as required.
Assist coordinator with quarter and annual reporting Assist with regular asset management operational needs.
Preparation of reports, plans, specifications and estimates in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
Assessment of engineering plans,



computations and reports in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
Assist with modelling to produce lifecycle costing and future works programs.
Customer responses regarding asset related enquiries.
Assist in providing input to the multi-year Capital Works Program.
