Sparkways is seeking a Full-time Pedagogy and Practice Partner to join our Early Learning team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside service leaders, Educational Leaders and educators to strengthen teaching practice across our sessional kindergartens and Early Learning Centres.
You will be part of a collaborative team that values reflection, continuous improvement and best practice, working closely with our highly respected Head of Early Learning in collaboration with a Senior Practice Partner and operations team.

to prioritise service support Service locations: The role will initially support services primarily across Melbourne's northern region .
As our service portfolios evolve, there may be opportunities or requirements to support services across the western region in the future.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and comfortable working across different locations as service needs change.
Start date: The position is expected to commence from 5 October **** (Term 4) We are open to an earlier start date for the right candidate.
About you You are an experienced Early Childhood professional who enjoys developing others and driving quality improvement with pedagogy and best practice at the forefront You will have: Bachelor qualification (or above) in Early Childhood Education Current VIT registration Strong experience as an Early Childhood Teacher Knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF and National Quality Standards Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting educator practice Strong communication and relationship-building skills A commitment to child safety, inclusion and continuous improvement Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle Desirable: Multi-site experience Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or coaching or mentoring qualifications How to apply Apply via Seek Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining; Your experience coaching and mentoring educators Your experience supporting quality improvement and School Readiness Funding Why you are interested in joining Sparkways Applications close: 28 August ****.
