We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our team in a casual
Sales / Customer Service
position.
This is a varied role involving customer service, sales and assisting with the day-to-day running of our showroom. Full training will be provided, including water testing, so
no previous pool industry experience is required
.
Responsibilities
Assisting customers in-store with the sale of spas, pool chemicals, and related products
Providing friendly and helpful customer service
Performing pool water testing and assisting customers with water chemistry advice — full training provided, no previous experience required
Answering customer enquiries and providing product information
Preparing quotes and processing sales
Assisting with general showroom duties
Keeping the showroom clean, organised and well presented
Supporting the team with general duties as required
What We're Looking For




Reliable, committed and eager to learn
Friendly and confident when dealing with customers
Organised with robust attention to detail
Able to prioritise tasks and work independently
Comfortable using computers and handling basic administrative tasks
Interested in sales and customer service
Happy to learn about pool and spa products
Happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
Available to cover staff holidays and provide additional hours when required
Hours
This is a casual position working every Saturday from 10:00am – 2:00pm, with one Saturday off each month.
Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Additional hours may be available to cover holidays and staff leave
