About The Role
As our
Service Manager
, you will be responsible for leading our Service Department, driving performance, and ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring the Service team to achieve department goals
Overseeing vehicle servicing and repair operations
Monitoring workshop efficiency, productivity, and performance targets
Driving profitability through effective planning and resource management
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
Building strong relationships with customers, technicians, and internal teams




Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance department performance
About You
We are seeking an experienced automotive professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
You will have:
Previous experience in a Service Manager or senior automotive leadership role
Solid vehicle mechanical knowledge and industry experience
A hands-on leadership approach with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
A customer-focused mindset with robust commercial awareness
Attractive package up to $100k base + company vehicle + uncapped commissions
