Bendigo Health is seeking a Supervisor of Private Patient Billing within the Finance and Resources Division to lead the private patient identification, election, health fund billing, TAC, WorkCover and Medicare-ineligible accounts.
You will oversee end-to-end billing processes, work with patients, clinical teams, health funds and external agencies to ensure accurate, effective and compassionate account management, while guiding Private Patient Liaison Officers and billing staff toward service
