We would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our **** Graduate Program as a
Graduate Civil Engineer
based in
St Marys, Western Sydney.
Real Work with Real Outcomes
– Starting in January ****, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands‐on program provides practical learning through hands‐on experience and meaningful work.
Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.
The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will participate in a structured development program offering comprehensive exposure to core engineering functions within our plant. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real projects that drive performance.
Key Areas of Exposure:
Major Infrastructure projects both Civil & High Rise.
Tier – 1 Customers – Developers, Builders, Government.
On the job training with direct involvement in day‐to‐day activities and internal/external meetings.
Mentoring & Coaching for seasoned and experienced professionals

Eligibility Criteria:
A genuine passion for Civil Engineering within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.
Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in ****).
Less than two years of full‐time, discipline‐specific work experience.
