Northern Star Resources is seeking a Mining Manager for Kalgoorlie Operations (Kanowna Belle & South Kalgoorlie). This senior site-based role leads underground mining teams and develops safe, productive work practices to meet production targets.
You will report to the General Manager, manage internal and external teams, ensure compliance with mining laws, and drive continuous improvement, cost control, and stakeholder engagement. The roster includes 5:2/4:3 residential or 4/3 FIFO arrangements.
