About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Harden Grange, you will deliver safe, high-quality clinical care during weekday night shifts in our 45-bed residential aged care home. Reporting to the Manager, you'll oversee overnight clinical care, respond to changes in resident condition, manage medications, and support care staff to ensure resident safety and continuity of care. Key Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered carein accordance withcare plans and individual preferences.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans in consultation with residents.
Supervise and mentor personal care staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
Manage clinical procedures within your scope of practice and organizational policies.
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety regulations.
Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care.
Qualifications and Experience:
Registered Nurse qualification and
AHPRA registration
Australian Working Rights,
Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen applicants only
Minimum 1 year
of experience in a residential aged care setting (2 years preferred)
NDIS Worker Clearance
or willing to obtain
Solid understanding
of Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to resident-first care
A passion for delivering a person-centered
approach to care
Strong
verbal and written
communication skills
Compassionate and Empathetic
nature
