The Sims Victorian Team is seeking a Yard Supervisor to join our Traralgon Yard. Reporting to the Yard Manager, you will coordinate daily activities, lead a team, and ensure safe, productive operations in a rapid-paced environment.
You'll work closely with the Yard Manager and the broader team to allocate work, manage equipment movements, and deliver excellent customer service while upholding safety standards and Sims policies. No prior supervision required but leadership potential valued.
