About the Company
Davidson is proud to be partnering exclusively with
Renew Psychology & Behaviour Support
, a specialist provider delivering Positive Behaviour Support services across Queensland.
Renew is a values-led organisation built around genuinely person-centred practice. Their approach is grounded in authenticity, inclusion and creating meaningful outcomes for participants, families and the people supporting them.
As Renew continues to grow, they are strengthening their leadership structure and are now looking for an experienced

Key responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring and developing Behaviour Support Practitioners
Providing clinical guidance across complex cases and practitioner escalations
Reviewing Behaviour Support Plans, documentation and practice quality
Supporting practitioners to meet clinical, compliance and billable expectations
Providing regular supervision, feedback and professional development
Supporting NDIS compliance, restrictive practice requirements and quality standards

, opening the opportunity to experienced Positive Behaviour Support professionals across Australia.
