The St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a casual Support Worker for Bowral Youth Refuge to assist young people facing homelessness. You'll work with Case Workers to implement tailored care plans and provide protected, empowering support in a warm, residential setting.
Role requires experience with youth services, trauma-informed practice, strong communication, and a current First Aid certificate with a valid Working with Children Check. Evening, sleepover and weekend shifts are common.
