We're looking for an experienced and motivated Local Home Loan Specialist to join our friendly and supportive team at the Ayr branch, where collaboration, trust and a great team culture are at the heart of what we do.In this role, you'll provide exceptional, personalised lending support to both new and existing Members.
You'll handle a variety of lending needs, from personal and credit card loans to more complex mortgage applications, while building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact.
You'll be supported by a close‐knit team that values shared success, work‐life balance and professional growth.You'll also support the Area Manager with business development initiatives, help manage loan processing and distribution and play a key role in coaching and mentoring staff.
A vital part of the role involves leading our mortgage retention program to ensure our Ayr Members feel supported and valued throughout their lending journey.
