Bookkeeper & Administration All-Rounder
to join our team.
This is a hands-on in-house role for someone who knows their way around
Xero
, has robust bookkeeping skills and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing
We seek an individual to help in the following areas. Day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, Accounts Payable and Receivable, someone who is able to complete Bank and credit card reconciliations, Customer invoicing and debtor follow-up, Supplier invoices and payments, Assisting with payroll and employee records, Preparing information for BAS and accountants. General office and business administration management with reporting and day-to-day tasks.
