You'll lead the development of innovative digital programs, collaborate with internal and external partners and help ensure our library services remain relevant, accessible and responsive to the evolving needs of our community.The RoleReporting to the Manager, Library Services, you will work closely with the Community Resources & Engagement Lead, Customer Experience Lead, Information Services and other teams across Council to:Identify community needs and develop innovative digital programs and services.Lead projects that improve digital literacy and technology access.Coordinate the implementation of new digital solutions across Library Services.Build strong partnerships with community organisations, government agencies, and technology providers.Research funding opportunities and prepare grant applications.Monitor and evaluate program outcomes using data and community feedback.Provide strategic advice on emerging technologies and digital initiatives.This role offers the prospect to make a genuine impact by empowering people of all ages and backgrounds to confidently engage with technology.About YouYou are a proactive and creative professional with a passion for community engagement and digital innovation and posses the following experience:Experience developing and delivering community-focused programsStrong knowledge of digital technologies and digital literacy initiativesExcellent project management and organisational skillsOutstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate program effectivenessA collaborative approach and the ability to build productive partnershipsA commitment to inclusive, accessible services for diverse communitiesCurrent driver's licenceNational Police Clearance (willingness to obtain through Council processes)DHS Working with Children Check (willingness to obtain through Council processes)Chief Fire Warden (willingness to obtain through Council processes)Emergency First Aid (willingness to obtain through Council processes)This position works across Council's library sites and requires regular weekend work.
